Port Richmond Strong letter to Gov. Hochul

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We share (and attach) the email Port Richmond Strong submitted today through Governor Hochul's website in opposition to FY2023 budget bill - S8006/A9006 and bills S4547/A4854 (Harckham/Epstein).  The legislation itself is not only harmful to every community in New York state, but also the positioning of it as the cure for homelessness, affordability, and racism is a cynical betrayal of trust.
